California Newt Salamander in Defensive Posture
Update: Thanks to fencelizard for pointing out this is actually a salamander that mimics the rough skinned newts that live in the same areas. I’ve always thought they were two similar newt species, so neat to learn new things! Check this picture out to see how good of an impostor job this Ensatina does.
