My First Solo Show!

I am so thankful right now. I had my first solo show tonight and a bunch of my friends showed up. It was such a good feeling to have the people I care about support me - I spend 15-20 hours a week on my photography and make next to nothing off of it. And I sold seven pieces, getting me closer to my goal of making enough on my photos to pay for the lenses I bought!

They just put up some huge sculptures near the Golden Gate Bridge. At first I was a little sad about them since I loved the huge expanse without man-made elements - but when I got up close and realized they are dynamic and made of old bridge girders I changed my tune!
